The Foundation has provided direct assistance on several occasions to help with projects. The most notable are:

• $ 10,000 to Texas State Council for hurricane relief for veterans.
• $ 10,000 to Vietnam Veterans of America to assist veterans who were victims of Katrina.
• $ 1,000 to VVA Florida State Council for assistance in hurricane relief.
• Several donations to Joseph House in the Cincinnati area to help with their homeless veterans programs.
